ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a forward-thinking leadership opportunity to architect and scale an enterprise-wide data, analytics, and AI function from the inside out. You’ll define the roadmap, build capability, and lead a high-performing team spanning BI, data science, and AI. The role combines strategy and execution, with a strong mandate to leverage predictive modelling, machine learning, and self-service analytics to sharpen decision-making and unlock value across the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and execute a progressive Data, BI, and AI strategy aligned to business vision.
• Lead innovation in AI and automation from enterprise models to embedded insights.
• Oversee cloud platforms, governance, and data architecture modernisation.
• Translate complex insights into business action alongside the executive team.
• Drive a data-literate, insights-led culture across all levels of the organisation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 15+ years in Data & Analytics, with at least 5 in Senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record in AI-led transformation and data strategy execution.
• Deep knowledge of cloud data platforms, ML, and predictive analytics.
• Strong leadership of technical teams across BI, data science, and AI.
• Experience in insurance, finance, or regulated industries is highly valued.
