Flagstone Early Learning is a privately owned, purpose-built centre located in the heart of the growing Flagstone community. Since opening in June 2023, our mission has been to provide high-quality care and education in a warm, welcoming environment where children can thrive.

We’re now looking for a Diploma qualified Lead Educator to join our passionate team in a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week across our centre’s operating hours (6:30am to 6:30pm). If you are an experienced educator who thrives in a collaborative and inspiring space, we’d love to hear from you.

👶 About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you will:

Lead the development and delivery of engaging educational programs

Support children’s development through play-based learning

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and team members

Contribute to a supportive, inclusive and inspiring learning environment
Experience with children aged 2-3 years will be highly regarded.

🎓 What You’ll Need

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) – required

Previous experience in a Lead Educator role

A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)

Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

Completed child protection training
