About the role
Do you have previous experience in Warranty or Costing in a Truck or Automotive dealership? Or are you an experienced Technician looking to get off the tools? This could be the role for you!
This important role will see you work closely with the workshop team and the manufacturer, to coordinate warranty claims and costing repair orders.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a Heavy Vehicle or Automotive dealership
• Strong technical knowledge or be technically-minded
• Previous experience in a similar role ideal but not essential
• Sound understanding of Dealership Management Systems

Previous exposure to Trucks in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as Kenworth, Volvo, Western Star, MAN, Mercedes Benz Trucks, Fuso, Iveco, Hino, Isuzu, Scania, Freightliner or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
