BCMA is looking for a highly organised person to support our many internal and external productions from concept to the stage, and to maintain a orderly and streamlined wardrobe department.

This hands-on role will suit someone with experience who thrives on collaboration, organisation & creativity to work across our Junior, Intermediate & Senior musicals, dance concerts, showcases & events, in addition to organising external hires; helping realise the creative vision while ensuring clear processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee costume planning, sourcing & construction.

Maintain documentation including budgets & schedules

Attend rehearsals & performances.

Coordinate storage and maintenance of costumes

Manage post-show laundry, returns & restocking

We are looking for a person who has:

✔ Strong organisational skills and calmness under pressure

✔ Passion about theatre, design and artistry

✔ Respect for diverse young performers

✔ Working With Children Check

✔ Ability to sew and to guide a team.

✔ Availability after school hours, on weekends and during school holidays.
