The Role

Reporting to the Venue Manager, this role is responsible for the operations of the Restaurant floor when on shift. Ability to build collaborative relationships with staff members across departments in addition to being able to solve any issues, offer solutions and endorse company values.

Oversee the running of Restaurant floor on shift .

Inspire & lead by example.

Drive staff motivation, focus and morale.

High degree of initiative and an intrinsic desire to strive for excellence.
