💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

Greeting and supporting patients with empathy and energy

Managing structured appointment books and clinical diaries

Coordinating with dentists, assistants, and patients to ensure smooth daily flow

Confidently handling phone and email enquiries

Performing end-of-day reconciliation and daily financial tasks

Assisting with treatment planning coordination and follow-ups

Contributing to a calm, happy, and efficient front office environment
