NFK is a 43 year old, privately-owned business that specialises in the supply of tools & consumables, processing and handling equipment, and architectural hardware to the glass industry.

As an importer, exporter and Australian manufacturer, NFK employs a widely experienced and growing team. A new position has been created in our Queensland office, to further strengthen our customer support ability.

This role will include, but is not be limited to, assisting with phone, online and walk in sales inquiries; along with technical support to both customers and our sales staff.

This role also includes some warehouse duties, preparing quotes and managing clients through dedicated CRM software.

About you:

Customer service orientated

Have a clear, friendly and professional phone manner

High Proficiency in both written and spoken English

Some level of experience with typical office environment software

Ability to learn new operating systems and CRM programs

Be able to logically prioritise and self-manage workload

Have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at once

Capable of working as part of a team

Have a strong interest or willingness to learn about the technical aspects of architectural hardware and tools and equipment used in the glass and aluminium industry
