We currently have an opening for an AV Technical Sales Consultant with a passion for Audio Visual systems and integration. In this role you have the opportunity to build on an established base of customers, including major entertainment venues, theatres, leading hospitality venues, commercial spaces, theme parks and schools. We want you on our team if you enjoy the thrill of the sales game, if you are passionate about building long lasting relationships with your customers, are self-motivated and get excited by delivering high-performing, technical solutions.
With a CRM system full of contacts and leads, you will also have the opportunity to drive and execute our sales and marketing plans which will assist you with a fruitful transition into the role. This will include segmenting our customer base, developing targeted marketing content with the assistance of our technical team, and executing sales projects in line with our strategy.
Key Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
Follow up leads, work contacts and utilise CRM databases to drive sales
Meeting with clients to understand requirements and creating Detailed designs and proposals of working Integrated systems
Seek out specifications and tenders, review viability, respond with detailed and documented responses
Drive projects in line with our existing sales and marketing strategies
Designing and Documenting detailed integrated systems
Maintain accurate information on leads, opportunities, and schedules via our CRM system
About You
Good knowledge of Audio-Visual Integrations Systems
5 Years working experience in the Audio-Visual industry
Experience in designing complete working systems and upgrading of existing systems
Experience with AutoCAD – and drawing documentation to support sales & operations an advantage
Industry qualifications such as CTS-D, BISCI etc will be highly considered
Proven track record in B2B sales across the Audio-Visual integrator market
Have the ability to present proposals to end clients and explain technical solutions to clients of all technical levels.
Enthusiastic, consultative sales approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Track history with detailed record keeping of sales activities in CRM
Ability to prioritise your own workload and work as part of a team
