Terella Brewing is a family-friendly brewery nestled in the stunning North Arm, in the heart of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. For nearly 5 years, we’ve been brewing exceptional craft beers and creating a welcoming space for locals and visitors alike. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to add a Bar Supervisor to our passionate team!

What we’re looking for: We’re searching for a fun, motivated, and experienced individual with a background in either bar or brewery operations or management. If you're a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, we'd love to meet you! RMLV preferred but not required, at least 1 year experience in bar or supervisor role. Preferred available for immediate start.

The role can be dynamic & fun with opportunities to do things outside the bar i.e. canning, attending & working festivals & offsite events & more!

Overseeing bar operations, ensuring exceptional service standards

Leading, training, and mentoring bar staff

Ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while maintaining a fun and safe environment for our guests.
