We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented International Coordinator to join our passionate international team. You’ll be the key link between our customers, overseas agents, Customs, Quarantine, and third-party service providers, ensuring shipments are delivered smoothly, on time, and in full compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinating international shipments to meet contract terms and customer expectations

Managing shipping schedules and ensuring documentation compliance

Liaising with clients, operations teams, and external suppliers

Keeping customers informed of shipment progress

Supporting the international team with day-to-day operations

What You’ll Bring

Experience or qualifications in Import/Export (preferred)

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

A collaborative mindset and ability to work independently
