About Our Client

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and diagnose items of the process plant requiring preventative maintenance or repair

Safely operate processing plant equipment including continual monitoring, adjusting, recording, and optimisation of the crushing and flotation circuits

Perform inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs of plant equipment and machinery

Assist with the assembly and dismantling of equipment and fittings

Conduct sampling and testing in collaboration with the site laboratory

Support the coordination and management of plant shutdowns and restarts

Maintain accurate records of fuel deliveries, water usage, and operational data

Monitor equipment performance and report issues or defects to maximise plant efficiency

What you will need

Cert III in Process Plant Operations (mandatory)

Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications (mandatory)

C Class Driver’s Licence (mandatory)

Sound knowledge of mechanical and chemical processes, including chemical reagent hazards

Understanding of safe mining practices (e.g., personal isolation locks, JHAs)

Familiarity with mining operations and related equipment

Experience with process control systems (e.g., SCADA)

Competency in Office 365 applications

Experience using Pronto, Aconex, and INX (preferred)
