Resource Up is partnered with a principal miner who specialises in Gold Mining, and we are looking for Process Technicians and Gold Room Operators to join their growing team at a variety of sites across WA

What you'll be doing

Operate and maintain a range of processing equipment and machinery including crushers, mills, CIL Circuits and dewatering units

Operate the IT loader, bobcat, forklift, and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.

Monitor and maintain process parameters, flows, pressures and temperatures to optimise plant performance

Maintain a high level of security and vigilance

Monitor stock levels of gold room reagents and consumables to consistently meet operational requirements

Perform routine inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to identify and resolve operational issues

Ensure routine maintenance is carried out for Elution and Gold room circuits

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Identify and act on ways of improving output and efficiency of the plant

Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to improve safety systems within the plant

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Process Technician

Strong understanding of mineral processing principles and equipment operation - Crusher, Mill, CIL, Gold room

Ability to read and interpret process flow diagrams, P&IDs and other technical documentation

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Variety of Rosters including 2:2 | 8:6 / 7:7 | 5:2 / 4:3
