The Opportunity - Air Conditioning Service Supervisor

Working closely with the Service Manager, this is a leadership position with a focus on technician support, field quality, and job oversight.

Role entails some of the following

Providing technical and troubleshooting support to our Service technicians

Leading regular site visits, safety checks, and quality audits

Supporting technician onboarding, mentoring, and skills development

Reviewing report quality, job outcomes, and field documentation

Assisting with scoping and condition reports for larger or complex works

Acting as a point of contact between the field team and internal departments

Conducting toolbox meetings and supporting WHS compliance and monthly PM delivery

Trade qualified and relevant licensing

Confident with all complex system and control issues

Strong communicator with a proactive, team-focused mindset

Comfortable leading from the front and being the go-to in the field
