The Opportunity

They’re on the lookout for a dynamic, sharp, and proactive Team Assistant who’s ready to take their admin game to the next level. This is your chance to be part of a collaborative, tight-knit team that values growth, curiosity, and excellence.

The Responsibility

Your responsibilities will include a variety of duties, such as:

  • Provide high level administrative support to senior individuals across the sales departments
  • Diary Management – coordinate and schedule meetings both locally and internationally across multiple time zones
  • Manage expense claims and process monthly credit card reports
  • Arrange logistics and liaise with the travel coordinator to ensure domestic/international business travel runs smoothly
  • Coordinate and attend internal channel meetings, including management of agenda
  • Provide reports and maintain data integrity of the Customer Relationship Management System
  • Manage marketing materials - upkeep of in-house stock, assist with client requests and coordinate large-scale mail-outs
  • Other ad hoc duties may include but are not limited to; word processing, record keeping, reports, filing and printing.

The Expertise

We're looking for an adaptable and proactive Team Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll support multiple teams and individuals, manage competing priorities, and bring strong organisation and attention to detail to everything you do. Ideally, you’ll have 3-5 years’ experience in a corporate setting, confidence working across time zones, and solid Microsoft Office skills. Experience with SAP Concur and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus, along with a willingness to learn new systems.

Please note, this is a minimum 6 month contract, with the opportunity to extend. The successful candidate must have full Australian Working Rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident).
