🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead a small but mighty team, keeping admin smooth and stress-free across a variety of programs in the portfolio
Be the friendly face for our clients – from intake to support
Juggle fleet, invoices, bookings, and more like a pro
Keep our records and referral systems tight and tidy
Innovate office systems and keep things running like a well-oiled machine
Help prep reports and program stats
Be the go-to for solving client and stakeholder queries
Motivate and mentor your team to shine
Be available to support and assist with administrative tasks across the broader organisation
🛠️ What You’ll Bring:
Cert III (or higher) in admin or relevant experience at a senior level
Top-tier time management and organisation skills
Stellar communication – with clients, carers, and stakeholders
Team player vibes with a multidisciplinary mindset
Tech-savvy with clinical software and document management experience
Discretion, initiative, and a cool head under pressure
