REDCLEAN is a well-established, high-quality Commercial Cleaning company based on Sydney’s picturesque Northern Beaches, and we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Lead-Hand to join our dynamic team full-time.

About the Role

Full-time position with a rotating roster from Monday - Sunday

Responsible for overseeing the team, ensuring all cleaning items/ duties are performed with precision, completed on time and meet the required standards for each individual client

Monitor and maintain replenishment levels on-site, hygiene/cleaning supplies

Safely and effectively operate cleaning equipment and machinery (Training provided)

Ensure proper maintenance, usage and safe storage of all chemicals, equipment and machinery

Promptly notify and report to the Operations Manager of any Client Customer feedback, ordering hygiene/cleaning supplies and replenishments, changes to on-site cleaning requirements and/or schedule, any concerns or issues on/off premises and any additional duties/requests

Follow on-site cleaning checklists and safety procedures, in accordance with Redclean guidelines and policy

Refer and adhere to all Redclean WHS policies and procedure manuals, and make certain, your team comply and action these standards

You’ll be reporting directly to the Operations Manager daily and overseeing the team on-site, always ensuring our high standards of cleaning and customer service are met and maintained across the board. Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 6 months to 1 year - Experience in commercial and/or construction cleaning (essential)

Strong leadership skills - able to motivate, supervise and support a diverse team

Thorough attention to all aspects / Detail orientated

Well-spoken English and excellent communication skills

Physically fit - this is a hands-on role

Punctual, Diligent, Responsible and Accountable - you take pride in the work you do!

Must have full rights to work in Australia and resides locally (Northern Beaches)
