About you:

You’re a storyteller with an instinct for design and an eye for detail. You thrive in dynamic environments, love bringing ideas to life, and are happiest when there’s a camera in one hand and a creative brief in the other.

You know what good content looks like—and how to create it fast, clean, and aligned with brand identity.

What you'll bring:

2+ years’ experience in videography, content creation, or a similar creative role (agency, freelance, or in-house)

Proficient in shooting and editing both short and long-form content (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)

Confident behind the camera—whether capturing b-roll, directing talent, filming BTS on an iPhone, or conducting interviews

In-depth knowledge of content formats across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

A sharp eye for lighting, composition, and design—especially when filming architecture, materials, and interiors

A refined, design-forward aesthetic suited to luxury brands

Bonus if you have drone or photography experience

Full Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

Valid Australian passport (international travel may be required)

Proactive, highly organised, and comfortable working independently

What you'll be doing:

Plan, film, and edit video content on-site—across project installs, quarries, fabrication yards, client projects, and our in-house studio

Create short-form Reels, Stories, and TikToks to support brand campaigns

Film interviews with designers, architects, and suppliers for our Meet the Maker and Origins series

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to produce high-impact content for advertising and launches

Capture and catalogue b-roll footage of materials, products, and brand moments

Liaise with clients to coordinate shoots and stay across live project developments

Be ready to hit the road at a moment’s notice—we value spontaneity and fast-paced content capture
