Heavy Vehicle Mechanic/Light Vehicle Mechanic/Diesel Fitter

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and safety-minded Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Light Vehicle Mechanic willing to upskill with the opportunity to gain dual trade in Auto Electrical and Air Conditioning in our Toowoomba Workshop.

About the role:

Hourly pay range of $36.30-$41.48 per hour + Super + Allowances + Penalty Rates

Monthly Reward and Recognition Awards

Full Time – Permanent

Monday to Friday - Saturdays optional and plenty of OT on offer

Complete all service and maintenance tasks on fleet vehicles

Swift and efficient fault repairs

Attend to breakdowns and emergencies

Dismantle and remove engine assemblies, transmissions, and other components

Working within NHVAS requirements

Assembling heavy vehicles and mobile equipment

About you:

Min Open C Class Drivers Licence (HR or above desirable)

Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology with willingness to upskill

Demonstrated industry experience

Knowledge of basic Electronic Fault Diagnostic Equipment
