Project Manager Renovations – Gold Coast / Brisbane

We are seeking an experienced Renovation Manager to oversee high-end residential and commercial renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of high end and luxury renovation projects
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and subcontractors for accurate scoping
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Source and oversee suppliers
• Ensure site safety and compliance
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
• Address issues promptly to maintain project momentum

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in residential construction or renovations
• Strong knowledge of Queensland building codes and regulations
• In-depth understanding of the Gold Coast and Brisbane building markets
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and budgeting
• Relevant qualifications in Building or Construction Management preferred

Casual Loading
