Our client is seeking a Junior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their Brisbane team. This is a rare opportunity to advise high-calibre clients, including publicly listed companies and banks, and be mentored by respected senior leaders who are invested in your growth.

In this role you will be involved in a range of work, including:

• Running litigation matters through to trial in all jurisdictions in Australia
• Appearing at mediations and settlement conferences
• Regular advocacy in all courts
• Providing advice and acting on behalf of all matters relating to Personal Property Securities matters

About You

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years PAE with experience in commercial litigation. You will be motivated and ambitious and be able to manage files independently and progress them from start to finish (with the assistance of your assigned mentor).
