The Role

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate to help run and grow a professional indemnity /commercial litigation practice within a highly regarded commercial law firm.

The role would be focused on running and assisting with litigation with a professional liability element, including complex claims, but may also involve advice on policy coverage, regulatory requirements, and risk work. As such, the successful applicant must be well equipped to run professional indemnity matters but also general commercial litigation.

About you

To be successful within this role, you will have:

• 5+ years PAE with outstanding experience and credentials in the relevant practice areas
• Very strong technical credentials and ability
• Ability to manage a varied case load
• Ability to quickly assimilate new information and problem-solve complex legal issues
• Sound judgement and commercial acumen
