About the role:

• Work directly with partners who are leaders in their field.
• General commercial disputes
• Contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, breach of directors’ duties
• Property and leasing disputes.
• Debt recovery and enforcement.
• Corporate and insolvency litigation.

The ideal candidate:

• 3-5 years PQE with a solid grounding in commercial litigation.
• Confident communicator with strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn from the best.
• Construction experience will be viewed favourably but isn’t essential.
