We are currently seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to join our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Dandenong South. This role offers stability, excellent work/life balance, and the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate and manage the dispatch of goods, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
• Maintain detailed records of goods dispatched
• Arrange transportation for outgoing goods in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Monitor and enhance dispatch workflows for improved efficiency
• Ensure a high standard of service is maintained at all times
• Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels
• Oversee warehouse safety procedures and compliance
• Keep all work areas clean, organised, and safe

What you need to be successful in the role:

• Proven experience and understanding of warehouse operations and dispatch procedures
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
• High attention to detail
• Professional, polite, and team-oriented attitude
• Forklift licence (highly desirable)
