Australian EVS is an exciting start up business based in the Hunter and working Nationally. We focus on supporting fleets transition to zero emissions through consultation services, electric vehicle conversions and suppling leading technological solutions.
We have grown quickly with a small team of Engineers working on a range of projects for some well-known clients, and now we are looking for someone who can complement our team so we can continue to grow in an exciting market.

The role is responsible for:
Providing accounts support, including P&L and Cashflow reporting.
Accounts payable / accounts receivable
Sending quotes & invoices
Maintaining our social media accounts and marketing material
Cold calling new clients and pushing for sales into new sectors
Providing administrative support to the team.
Assist with report writing and document controls
General administration duties
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience working within Xero.
Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative to get the job done.
Energetic person who wants to help everyone in the team and be part of an exciting business.
Job Type:
Flexible hours (20 - 40 hours per week)
Hourly pay will be based on current level of experience
