About the Role

This role is responsible for end-to-end testing of participant and provider-facing digital tools. It involves working collaboratively across teams to deliver quality outcomes, supporting data analysis, quality management and test assurance activities through detailed planning, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver testing across SIT, UAT, BVT, and End-to-End phases
• Support data quality monitoring and analysis for case management systems
• Prepare and review test strategies, accessible test scripts, and coverage matrices
• Support participants, providers and stakeholders during UAT and BVT activities
• Produce and interpret reports using standard statistical techniques
• Build collaborative working relationships with business and technical teams

Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of test phases, types, and defect management processes
• Ability to analyse requirements and develop test case traceability
• Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Desirable: Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright)
• Desirable: Experience with JIRA, X-Ray, ALM, and automation frameworks like Cucumber

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
