Your Role:

As our Financial Controller, you’ll be the backbone of StudioHawk’s financial health, leading our finance function across Australia, the UK, and the US. Reporting directly to the Founder and working closely with the leadership team, you’ll provide strategic insights, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence to support our global growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Include but not limited to;

• Lead and evolve the finance function globally.
• Drive financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Oversee compliance, payroll, AP/AR, and cash management.
• Implement systems and processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Provide commercial insights to boost margins and support strategic decisions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven experience leading finance teams and improving systems.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at all levels.
• Background in digital, media, or professional services is a bonus.
• Resilient, detail-oriented, and pragmatic under pressure.
• Passionate about the future of digital and tech-driven business.

Salary Range: $140,000-$180,000 (excluding superannuation).
