As a Site Supervisor, you will have full responsibility for:

Daily Prestart, Daily Site Diaries including cost coding applications

Conducting Weekly toolbox talks

Communicating with management RE: program, budgets and resourcing

Short term programming

Rover Set up and Knowledge

Expert subcontractor management

Ensuring safety, cost, quality, and time targets are met.

Client liaison

Reporting to senior management on the performance of your project team

Liaising with Customers to provide efficient and effective solutions

The interests of key stakeholders

Support of the site delivery team and drive systems excellence

Procurement support, including strategic supplier and subcontractor selection

Performing overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans) and assist with reporting on a regularly basis

Assigning responsibilities and mentorship of the site team

Cooperation and communicate effectively with Project Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

Review of project deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective action

HSEQ lead across site

How you'll connect to the role?

You will have a certificate 4 in civil construction, and or over 5 years of experience in project delivery across mid to large-scale civil projects, ideally Subdivisions, Earthworks Management and Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete placement. Your strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to both prioritise and problem-solve, while managing stakeholder interests, will set you up for success in this role essential skills are:
