Pool & Property is seeking a retail / administration assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our clients both in store and over the phone.
Responsibilities & Duties include:
Answering phone calls
Booking in service jobs
Pool water testing
Maintaining stock
Following up on quotes
Marketing and promotions
Processing sales and payments
Following up overdue accounts
Other duties as required
Working Hours:
Flexible working hours are available for the right candidate
Typical hours will be Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm (25 hours per week)
Saturdays on occasion may be required 9am to 3pm (to fill in when staff are away)
Personal Qualities we are looking for
Positive can do attitude - we can teach you skills, but we cant teach a good attitude
A genuine interest in helping customers resolve their problems
Quick learner
Sense of humour
Experience
Use of Microsoft programs (word, excel, outlook)
Customer service experience
Simpro & lightspeed (advantageous but not required)
Pool knowledge (advantageous but not required)
