Our South Australian team is based in Gilles Plains and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across pool design, council approvals, and construction coordination.

The Role
We’re on the hunt for a proactive Administration Assistant to join our Adelaide team and support a range of operational and customer service tasks.

This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same – from liaising with councils to preparing paperwork, supporting our field crew, and keeping our internal systems updated.

Key responsibilities include:
✔️ General office administration and data entry
✔️ Assisting with council application paperwork
✔️ Managing subcontractor billing and scheduling updates
✔️ Preparing customer documentation (e.g., completion letters, warranty packs)
✔️ Supporting the Operations Coordinator with daily admin and reporting
✔️ Maintaining tidy records and supplies for site handovers

What You’ll Need
Previous experience in an admin, customer service or office support role
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with digital systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRMs)
Confident communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach
Bonus if you’ve worked in construction, trades, or pools – but not essential
A current driver’s licence (C class)
