Your new role

As a Leading Hand Electrician, you'll take charge of commercial electrical projects in Townsville, managing on-site operations and leading a team of apprentices and tradespeople. You'll work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes while maintaining safety and strong client relationships.

Projects include:

• Office fit-outs and restaurant installations
• Medical and health facility electrical works
• Switchboard upgrades and infrastructure
• Field lighting and speciality installations
• Small works, repairs, and service maintenance

This full-time leadership role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a growing region.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• A current QLD Electrical Fitter Mechanic licence (ideally 5+ years post-trade experience)
• A current White Card
• Manual Driver's Licence (preferred)
• Current LVR/CPR training
• Respiratory mask test fit
• Working at Heights certificate
• EWP licence

You'll also need strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to mentor and support your team while managing multiple projects.
