Key Responsibilities

As a Chef at Flame and Fizz Pty Ltd, your main duties will include:

Maintaining high standards of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene.

Preparing meals that consistently meet our quality, taste, and presentation guidelines.

Training, mentoring, and supervising new and existing kitchen staff.

Assisting with the setup and launch of new store locations as the business expands.

Leading and overseeing food quality control processes.

Developing and updating menus including the introduction of seasonal and trending items.

Creating and managing daily, weekly, and monthly specials that align with customer preferences.

Planning, coordinating, and executing catering events and special functions with attention to detail and client satisfaction.
