Full-time, 0.8 FTE, or 0.6 FTE position for a Registered Psychologist to conduct ADHD, SLD, ASD, and IDD assessments as part of a team of seven staff in Subiaco. 8.30am-5.00pm working day; on-site secure parking available.

Being a Registered Psychologist is preferred but will consider a Psychologist with Provisional Registration especially if nearing Full Registration.

Training can be provided, so previous experience in assessing the aforementioned disorders is not absolutely necessary.

Employment could begin immediately or in a few weeks/months.

Daily activities involve conducting cognitive, behavioural, and educational assessments for investigating ADHD, Autism, Specific Learning Disorder, and Intellectual Developmental Disorder and writing the reports for these assessments.

Specifically, tasks will involve:

1. Checklist scoring (e.g., Conners 4, CAARS-2, ASRS, ABAS, PsychProfiler, etc)

2. Cognitive and Educational assessment administration, scoring, and report writing (i.e., WPPSI, WISC, WAIS, WIAT, etc)

3. Taking background information at initial interview and providing feedback and interpretation of results.

Must have a liking for assessment as we don't provide any counselling / intervention services apart from the psycho-education/feedback of the results and recommendations.

Sound computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word is desirable.

Experience administering the WISC/WIAT/WAIS via iPad Q Interactive would be an advantage.

School Psychologists and those with an Ed and Dev background/interest encouraged to apply.

This is an office-based position with no working from home portion.

An on-site car bay is available and can be included as part of the negotiated salary package.
