About the role

Join the dynamic team at OneCrew' as a full-time Painter. This hands-on role will see you applying your expertise in painting to deliver high-quality results for a range of commercial and residential clients.

What you'll be doing

Preparing surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding and priming

Applying paints, stains, varnishes and other finishes to a variety of surfaces

Ensuring consistent and professional application of paint finishes

Collaborating with the wider team to deliver projects on time and to budget

Providing excellent customer service and managing client relationships

Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Painter, ideally in a commercial or residential setting

Strong knowledge of painting techniques, products and tools

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A positive, team-oriented approach to your work

Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
