What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare steel surfaces — clean, sand, degrease, prime

Apply industrial coatings to crane components and heavy plant

Mix paints and enamels to spec for a durable, high-quality finish

Keep your area clean, tidy, and above all, safe

Pitch in with yard work, maintenance, and repairs when needed

Work alongside a team that values getting things done properly

You Bring

3+ years’ experience as an industrial or heavy equipment painter

Strong knowledge of paint types, mixing, prep, and application

Great attention to detail and a commitment to a professional finish

Physical fitness and the ability to manage a hands-on, active role

White Card essential; Forklift licence or other tickets a bonus

A reliable attitude, team focus, and pride in your workmanship
