About us headspace provides support to young people aged 12–25 experiencing mild to moderate or emerging mental health issues. The multidisciplinary team at headspace Oran Park work to improve health, social, vocational and educational outcomes for young people. Grand Pacific Health is the lead agency of headspace Oran Park. We are a not-for-profit, primary health care organisation providing locally-tailored, high quality physical and mental health services across NSW and the ACT. About the position If you are passionate about Youth Mental Health and want to make a positive difference to the lives of young people and their families, we would love for you to join our headspace team as a Youth Care Coordinator. This role involves working collaboratively with young people and their support networks to identify needs, set goals, and develop care plans. In this role, you will also provide practical assistance, referrals, advocacy, and short-term counselling where required. This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity to 30 June 2026 with extension expected subject to additional funding. The position will be required to work from our hubs at headspace Oran Park and Narellan and will also be required to do outreach across the Camden LGA. We are looking for someone with:

1. Qualifications in a relevant field or working towards same (e.g. youth work, social work, psychology, counselling, etc.)
2. Understanding of issues affecting young people’s mental health and wellbeing
3. Experience coordinating care and working from a recovery-oriented framework
4. Current driver’s license and willingness to travel
