About The Role:

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you are essential to supporting the successful operation of the Restaurant on a daily basis. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

Managing workload and following company procedures to increase productivity and ensure effective operations of the restaurant

Coordinating with the team to meet targets and ensure guest satisfaction

Monitoring and managing guest feedback

Maintaining and modelling excellent standards

About YOU:

To be successful in this role, ideally you would have:

At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role

Experience in maintaining budgets and an understanding of financials, including profit & loss

Ability to work inline with company objectives and achieve KPI's

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure while maintaining exceptional communication skills with staff and guests

Passion for the hospitality industry and eagerness to develop themselves and others

Be reliable and have flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidays
