The Role
This is a permanent part-time position (approx. 20–25 hours per week) supporting an experienced mortgage broker with end-to-end loan administration and client service. You’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing documentation and liaising with lenders, clients and referral partners. Attention to detail, organisation, and strong communication are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with clients, lenders and referral partners (real estate agents, conveyancers, etc.)

Guide clients through the loan application process and manage required documentation

Process loan files from broker handover to post-settlement follow-up

Ensure accuracy in data entry across CRM platforms (Apply Online / MyCRM)

Assist with lender discharges, pricing requests, servicing calculations and more

Interpret lender policy in relation to selected products

About You

Previous experience in mortgage broking, banking, finance, or conveyancing

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

Friendly, professional communicator who sets realistic expectations with clients

Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems

Cert IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking is desirable but not essential
