What You’ll Be Doing

Work collaboratively with our team to design and deliver engaging Aqua Group Fitness and Wellness programs and schedules

Encourage and support safe participation in all LeisureFit activities and facilities

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support group fitness initiatives

Maintain a safe workout environment by monitoring safety standards and equipment upkeep

Provide immediate first aid and CPR response when required

Foster a strong Work, Safety, and Health (WSH) culture across the organisation

Demonstrate and uphold organisational values while contributing to cross-functional team success

Adhere to all relevant environmental legislation, regulations, and standards

Support the implementation of Quality Assurance principles and identify opportunities for improvement

Participate in Continuous Improvement and Audit teams as needed

Undertake additional duties as required within the scope of the role

What You’ll Need To Be Considered

Current Applied First Aid Certificate

Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate

Certificate III in Fitness, GEL (Group Exercise Leader) or equivalent

Recognised Group Fitness Program Qualifications or equivalent

Excellent customer service skills

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities

Solid organisation and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
