The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation, is seeking a dynamic and experienced National RTO Manager to lead its Registered Training Organisation across Australia. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of ASQA compliance, VET sector strategy, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead national RTO operations with a focus on quality, compliance, and innovation

Drive business development, tender submissions and stakeholder engagement

Ensure compliance with ASQA standards, audit readiness and risk frameworks

Develop and implement training and assessment strategies

Lead a high-performing team and contribute to long-term strategic planning

You’ll Bring

Senior leadership experience in the RTO or broader VET sector

Graduate qualification in education or management (TAE alone not sufficient)

Strong understanding of ASQA audits and national/state funding contracts

Experience with instructional design or development of TAS

Familiarity with systems like aXcelerate highly regarded

Role Highlights

Salary: $123,000 + Super + Salary Packaging (market equivalent $131,729)

Work: Hybrid role – Victoria based (Bendigo preferred, or North Melbourne flexible)
