About the role

The Senior Consultant, Culture & Leadership designs and leads programs and initiatives that drive the TAC’s Make Every Day Matter Strategy to build a high performing culture, where our people are connected to Purpose and are enabled to deliver for our clients. This role will work cross functionally to deliver strategic organisational development programs, encompassing culture, values, performance, leadership and talent management and employee listening.

Key accountabilities in this role include:

  • Leading the design, development and implementation of TAC’s Organisational Development, culture, leadership, performance and talent management initiatives to enable organisational strategic priorities working in collaboration with key stakeholders within enabling teams
  • Partnering closely with PC&E teams and key stakeholders across the organisation to support the development of people plans aligned to the Make Every Day Matter Strategy and Roadmap
  • Identifying opportunities to integrate and embed culture and leadership frameworks, programs and initiatives into people processes, across the employee lifecycle
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance use of people data to support talent management and drive performance improvements
  • Maturing PC&E as an enabling function and develop fit for purpose agile ways of working aligned to customer need
  • As a member of the Culture & Inclusion Leadership Team provide constructive leadership to contribute to an inclusive, high performing culture within the C&I Branch and the broader PC&E Division

About the Team

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Culture and Inclusion this role sits in the Culture and Inclusion branch who are collaborative, supportive and outcomes focused team. They are committed and passionate about the work they do and the change they lead for the TAC and employees, to enable all employees to thrive and deliver exceptional results for our clients and community.

What we’re looking for

Tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Development or related field

Knowledge of and extensive experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of people strategies, organisation development and culture transformation related projects and programs including:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of organisational development models, frameworks and emergent best practice research
  • Knowledge and experience in employee experience design, human centred design and agile practices
  • Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise wide projects and change initiatives in complex environments
  • Demonstrated experience in the procurement of specialist services and contract management

Strong stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills including:

  • Advanced communication and consulting skills across a range of stakeholders, including developing communications material and plans
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding stakeholder needs and managing stakeholder relationships in order to deliver tailored programs which meet business needs.
