About the role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing services across a variety of health service settings, contributing directly to patient care and wellbeing. This role offers the opportunity to progress from a novice practitioner to a proficient, capable clinician through ongoing professional development, mentorship, and hands-on experience within a supportive team environment. You will play an integral part in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care, supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey.

In this position, you will be accountable for maintaining your own standards of nursing practice and ensuring the quality of delegated tasks. You will actively engage in continuous learning to further develop your clinical knowledge and skills, while also supporting and collaborating with colleagues to achieve positive health outcomes. Your commitment to professional excellence, patient-centred care, and teamwork will be essential as you grow and contribute within the nursing profession.

About You

You are a registered nurse dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications & Registration
Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current practising certificate.

Communication & Teamwork
Effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.

Clinical Competence & Flexibility
Demonstrated competence in nursing practice, ability to prioritise workload, and a creative, innovative, and flexible approach to healthcare challenges.

Professional Knowledge & Commitment
Sound understanding of nursing roles, standards, and relevant legislation, with a commitment to quality improvement and consumer-focused care.
