Store Operations

Team Management

Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and team development.

Customer Service & Sales

Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations based on individual goals and needs.

Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.

Drive store sales and meet performance targets.

Inventory & Merchandising

Monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed.

Receive, inspect, and properly store deliveries.

Organize attractive displays to promote key products and seasonal campaigns.

Administrative Duties

Track sales, payroll, and operational metrics.

Prepare reports for upper management as needed.

Handle cash register, banking, and petty cash procedures accurately.
