Assistant Store Manager – Mobilebeat Pacific Fair

Mobilebeat is a well-established mobile fashion accessories brand, established in 2011, with stores in Westfield Helensvale, Pacific Fair, Stockland Burleigh and Logan Hyperdome. We’ve built a loyal customer base by delivering an uncompromising standard of service — reflected in our consistently high Google Reviews across all locations.

We’re now looking for a confident, driven and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Pacific Fair team. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving store goals, leading the team, and delivering an amazing customer experience.

Step up to lead the team when the Store Manager’s away

Motivate, mentor and coach team members to perform

Monitor and drive KPIs — we’re a results-focused business

Lead by example on the floor with 5-star customer service

Oversee store presentation, merchandising and cleanliness

Help with stock control, rostering and shift coverage

Foster a positive, high-performing and team-first environment

What you’ll bring:

2+ years in retail sales environment, with some leadership or 2IC experience

Confidence with KPIs and team accountability

A love for styling, sales and service

Strong communication, initiative and decision-making skills

Availability to work 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, plus some public holidays and late-night trade

A keen eye for detail and visual merchandising
