You’ll have the support of our Director , along with a Property Management Assistant and a dedicated team to help you succeed. Property Management Assistant

Residential Property Management Role

Property Condition Reports (Outsourced)

Rental viewings/home opens as necessary

Processing rental applications

Lease renewal & negotiation with tenants and owners

Attending emergency electrical, plumbing and gas works within an adequate time frame.

Quarterly inspections and attendance of maintenance.

Weekly rent arrears – ensuring rent is paid on time.

Rental appraisal & conversion of new managements.

Writing authorities for new managements.

Organising marketing photos copywrite and uploading properties for lease.

Annual renewal/extension of management authorities with owners (many sign for two to three years)

New property condition reports (outsourced).

Final inspections.

Renewing management authorities

Attending fortnightly team meetings (great for problem solving).

Lodgement, variation and disposal of bonds.

Using your industry experience to help other team members grow.

Helping the team implement new paperless systems and processes

BDM Assistance -

Opening conversations for new rental leads with clients

Keeping in touch with prospective landlords.

Rental appraisals and onboarding new clients.
