The Role

The Restaurant Manager will be the face of the business, working closely with the owners to create memorable dining experiences for both locals and tourists of the area. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the owners, inspire the team, and manage the front-of-house operations across seven days a week. You will have industry experience in full-service restaurants and understand the standards expected in high-quality service. A comprehensive 'Play Book' has been developed by the owners, and with your strong training abilities, you will be able to implement and uphold the refined service style already in place. Drawing on your background in operations, you will contribute to developing new beverage menus, incorporating modern cocktails and showcasing your knowledge of wines and beers. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will help create daily specials, support promotional efforts, and motivate the team to sell through excellent communication and collaboration.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will be required to have but not limited to the following attributes.

Relevant Qualifications in kitchen operations and food safety

• 5 + Years of proven experience in managing Al a Carte Restaurants, hiring, training and rosters
• Passionate, inspiring, collaborative with a business acumen to succeed
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team that will continue to grow
• Purchasing and stocktaking experience, managing budgets, COGS and compliance
• Great time management, professional and acts with integrity, honesty, and empathy
