We are currently recruiting for multiple senior executive relocation opportunities across Australia, working with a variety of Residential Aged Care providers. These range from boutique, family-run organisations to large not-for-profit providers. We are seeking candidates with previous executive-level experience or experience overseeing a multi-site portfolio.

About You:

• Proven experience in Aged Care at CEO, Executive, or Senior Operational level in residential aged care or an acute setting
• Strong business acumen, ideally supported by relevant qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive quality improvement
• Sound financial management skills and commercial insight
• Effective leadership and relationship-building capabilities across all levels
• Deep understanding of Aged Care standards, compliance, and accreditation
• Empathetic, values-led approach to leadership
