Our client is a highly regarded SME law firm based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Known for its down-to-earth culture, expert legal teams, and strong client partnerships, the firm is growing and looking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage their hiring needs across both legal and corporate services functions.

About the Role

This is a newly created, hands-on internal recruitment position that will see you partner directly with Partners and leaders to deliver proactive and strategic hiring solutions. As the sole TA function, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment across legal and business services roles

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on talent strategies

Write compelling job adverts and manage postings across relevant channels

Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of legal professionals for current and future needs

Maintain recruitment systems, reporting, and compliance

Support broader people initiatives including onboarding and employer branding

About You

Previous experience in a recruitment or TA role, ideally within legal, professional services or a high-touch corporate environment

Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills

Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced and growing firm

A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
