About the role
We are looking for a new Fundraising Quality Assurance Officer to join our growing team in Adelaide. The role will require you to be on the phone and is well suited to someone that has prior call centre or fundraising experience.
You will be speaking to new regular givers over the phone and responsible for improving the quality of campaigns for our clients. Ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service and adherence to industry best practices as the first point of contact after they commit to making a monthly contribution to the charity of their choice. This is a casual position, offering immediate start.

What we offer
At ReAcq Fundraising, we are committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment. After the initial training period of 4 weeks, we can arrange a hybrid working arrangement.
We offer 6 hour day shifts between Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Minimum 18 hours a week.
Training and development within the fundraising sector.
No stress work environment.
Office in a central location in Adelaide CBD with access to rooftop pool, gym and barbeque area.
What you'll be doing
Call new monthly giving donors utilising calling scripts to verify new donor details and confirm their intention of giving for two or more years.
Report any constructive feedback regarding fundraising agents to help them improve their performance
Accurately input calling outcomes, change of details and calling notes into the database
Be able to offer solutions to new donors or objection handle whenever necessary
Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant industry regulations and internal policies
What we're looking for
Must have a working laptop (headphones can be provided)
(Preferred) Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call centre or fundraising environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in using calling and database software
