Duties & Responsibilities

• Project planning, programming and overseeing OH&S project requirements
• Dealing with key stakeholders that includes clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and local authorities especially Sydney water
• Assisting the pre contracts team and business strategy
• Ensuring project delivery of complex projects in a timely and efficient manner
• Oversee a team of project engineers and supervisory staff
• Ensure all project controls are in line with the company standards that includes commercial and contract management

Skills and requirements:

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management or related discipline
• 10 years’ experience working on major civil infrastructure projects
• Utilities experience preferred - water and sewer works
• NEC 4 contract experience
• Primavera P6 experience
• Ability to estimate and proven track record of winning projects
• Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills
• Proven success in managing, delivering and creating strong positive relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to motivate and get projects running to maximum efficiency
