The Role
We are seeking a Senior Solicitor with at least 2 years of post-admission experience in employment law. You will be responsible for managing your own matters independently, providing clear and practical advice, and supporting clients through a range of workplace legal issues. The role involves preparing legal documents, handling court proceedings, and working closely with the team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

About You

2+ years post admission experience in employment law, with strong drafting and advocacy skills.

Confident preparing advice, court documents, evidence, and working alongside expert witnesses.

Commercially minded, highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive team player who works well under pressure and meets deadlines with professionalism and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a high level of commercial acumen and a passion for achieving the best outcomes for clients.
